Senior Broker Todd Warner is one of the most successful and well-respected management rights specialists on the Gold Coast and leads ResortBrokers’ team there.

Since joining ResortBrokers in 2017, Todd has sold 90 businesses totalling more than $118 million. His impressive sales record has been recognised with ResortBrokers’ Rising Star award in 2018/19, back-to-back wins as Volume Broker of the Year in 2019/20 and 2020/21, and Management Rights Broker of the Year Award in 2021/22.

In October 2023, Todd settled the sale of Burleigh Mediterranean Resort’s management rights to Ultiqa Hotels & Resorts. The rights to the 110-unit luxury resort was the fifth largest sale of a Gold Coast management rights business and one of the largest that was not purchased off-the-plan.

Todd’s other notable recent sales include Le Beach Holiday Apartments in Burleigh Heads, Pottsville Beach Motel and Sanctuary Lake Apartments in Currumbin.

Todd is an expert across all asset types and classes, whether it is off-the-plan, permanent or short-term management rights. His outstanding results have been achieved by building lasting relationships, providing peerless customer service and delivering results-driven solutions for his clients.

Outside work, Todd is a devoted father and husband to his young family, plus a self-confessed sports’ tragic, whether it is chasing waves at his local surf break at Tugun, or supporting his beloved Broncos, Reds and Brisbane Lions.
