We were excited by the injection of fresh air and brand new marketing plan Kirsten at Resort Brokers Cairns bought to the table and within a couple of weeks, she had secured a buyer. When the initial buyer did not proceed, Kirsten was quick to introduce a backup buyer within a week. We were totally impressed with her expert professionalism and business advice throughout the due diligence process. Due to the time frame which suited both parties, (I believe just over 7 weeks and many coffee meetings later) the contract date to the settlement, set some sort of record in the management rights industry.
