This complex could easily be run by one person to allow a second to maintain another career. The current managers also have another income stream selling villas and townhouses in the complex. An incoming manager can do the same. The managers have exclusive use granted over a secure parking area of seven parking spaces which provides space for a caravan/trailer parking area and are rented out for $15 per week.
