We contacted Liz Galea after completing the purchase of a motel freehold in country Victoria. We had improved several parts of the motel and we were looking to sell a long lease. After our initial discussion Liz went to work on providing a valuation and we had further discussions. The price advised was substantially higher than our expectations. After commencing marketing we had two inspections. The second inspection went well and we as vendors took the opportunity to sit and talk with these prospective purchasers.
