North Gold Coast broker Clint Amos is an established management rights specialist who has delivered incredible results for his clients in his patch covering Main Beach to Beenleigh.

His notable FY24 management rights sales include the 99-apartment Sandcastles on the Broadwater (Labrador), 34-apartment Les Colonnades (Runaway Bay), 28-apartment Cerulean Main Beach and 26-apartment XXV (Main Beach).

Clint found his passion for property in North Queensland while working for Queensland developer Paul Gedoun. During his time in North Queensland, Clint developed his understanding of the real estate market and honed his skills in sales and negotiation. His ability to build relationships, understand his client’s needs and respond urgently set him apart from his peers.

Prior to real estate, Clint held senior leadership positions in the liquor industry for internationally renowned brand owners Bacardi Martini and Pernod Ricard. His leadership and strategic thinking enabled him to effectively manage teams across layers of each business with exceptional results.

Clint’s ability to understand his clients’ needs and communicate openly and transparently has seen him rapidly develop his network of buyers and sellers on the Gold Coast since joining ResortBrokers in 2023.

Prior to his corporate career, Clint played in the NRL for almost a decade for the North Queensland Cowboys and Gold Coast Titans.
