David did a first-class job managing the sale of our freehold caravan park, Trinity Islands in Burrum River. The property was challenging to market for a variety of reasons, including where it was on its growth curve. David was highly proactive and lateral in his approach to seeking out buyers. He worked tirelessly and thoughtfully to convert the buying interest through the negotiation, contract, and due diligence phases, and ultimately to settlement. There were many ‘human’ elements to this process that created challenges, which David managed with finesse.
