We truly appreciated the transparency and professionalism he demonstrated throughout the visit.   The inspection was highly productive and gave us a valuable opportunity to better understand the property’s layout, operational model and surrounding geography.   After careful consideration and discussion following the inspection, my partner and I decided not to proceed with this particular opportunity, as it didn’t fully align with our investment goals and criteria.   That said, we were sincerely grateful for Blair’s time, effort and insights.
