Alex is too kind. I am very fortunate that you and Paul were on the case the whole way with us. We could not have asked for anyone better. I know you have tried so much in vain with seller regarding costs and I really couldn't ask for more. During the process there were many times we were about to give up. Fortunate for us that you and Paul were there to always encouraged us on. You guys were much more than a broker and had done so much outside of your scopes. For that we cannot say thank you enough to you.  It would be an absolute pleasure to finally meet you. Whenever you are in GC, our doors are always opened for you anytime.
