Central Cosmo Apartment Hotel business sold — ResortBrokers

ResortBrokers’ agents Jeff Keast and Todd Warner have settled the sale of the business of Central Cosmo Apartment Hotel in the inner-Brisbane suburb of Milton.

Zoned short-term, the 74-apartment corporate hotel is located on Park Road, Milton’s most famous street, just two kilometres from the Brisbane CBD.

In addition to the hotel business, the sale included two freehold office lots and three commercial lots.

The business and associated real estate were purchased by a buyer within ResortBrokers’ network who owns another short-let business in a neighbouring suburb.

“Central Cosmo Apartment Hotel is one of a rare number of Brisbane CBD fringe hotels operating under a management rights model,” Jeff Keast told The Hotel Conversation.

“This was a complex sale for a number of reasons, and it took creative thinking to put together a deal that worked for everyone.

“ResortBrokers prides itself on navigating these kinds of layered deals, finding a way through the challenges to get a great result.

“We’re absolutely thrilled for our client and glad we were able to sell the business to an experienced operator.” END
