Gemini Court Apartments management rights in Burleigh Heads sold – ResortBrokers

ResortBrokers’ Senior Broker Todd Warner has settled the sale of the management rights to Gemini Court Apartments in Burleigh Heads, representing the largest ever sale of its kind in the popular Gold Coast beachside destination.

The complex comprises 129 self-contained apartments across two towers: the 17-storey North Tower and 15-storey South Tower.

The rights to Gemini Court Apartments were acquired in an off-market transaction by Seabreeze Resorts. The sale included associated real estate by way of a two-bedroom manager’s apartment.

Mr Warner’s sale of Gemini Court Apartments set a new benchmark for management rights in Burleigh Heads, surpassing his previous record sale of the 110-apartment Burleigh Mediterranean Resort to ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts in November 2023.

“This was a genuine ‘super rights’ opportunity of a high-netting premium complex,” Todd Warner told The Hotel Conversation. Mr Warner has represented ResortBrokers on the Gold Coast since 2017.
