Since joining the family business in 2008, he has settled more than 240 transactions worth over $586 million, including some of the nation’s largest and most complex management rights deals.

Within the past financial year, Tim brokered 30 transactions worth $100 million, including the landmark Queen’s Wharf Residences in Brisbane, setting a national per-key record.
