Nathan Benjamin represents ResortBrokers in Brisbane’s motel, hotel and caravan park market.

For three years, from 2021 to earlier this year, Nathan distinguished himself as ResortBrokers’ agent in Central Queensland through his impeccable customer service, total command of the details of his transactions and great expertise is converting sales to settlements.

Nathan’s expert brokering skills saw him settle 17 notable Central Queensland sales, including Gladstone Downtown Central, Emerald Inn, Saltbush Retreat (Longreach), Harbour Sails Motor Inn (Gladstone) and Highpoint International (Gladstone).

Prior to joining ResortBrokers, Nathan worked in his family’s business, a marketing and PR agency specialising in agriculture. He also built and operated his own successful business in the social services sector. Nathan’s understanding of small business combined with his natural ability to build and develop trusting relationships laid the foundation for his sales successes in Central Queensland.
