Sarah Hutchins
Sarah is one of the most active and effective accommodation property brokers on NSW’s South Coast.
Based in the Mollymook-Ulladulla area, Sarah joined us in 2019 supporting ResortBrokers’ long-time agent Russell Rogers. Working alongside Russell, Sarah contributed to transactions exceeding $100 million before becoming a broker in 2025.
She continues to deliver results for her clients across the South Coast. In FY26 alone, Sarah settled the sale of accommodation assets with a combined value of approximately $20 million.
Her expertise across all asset classes — including freehold passives, freehold going concerns, leaseholds and development opportunities — has enabled her to successfully sell properties throughout the region, from major regional centres to smaller leisure destinations.
Her notable recent sales include:
- Abel Tasman Motor Inn, a 39-key freehold going concern in Dubbo, sold off market for an exceptional 9.7% yield;
- Jindy Inn, a 15-key leasehold motel, sold for over asking price; and
- the 81-key Quest Nowra franchise.
Sarah is known for her tireless work ethic, results-focused customer service, high integrity, consummate professionalism and approachable manner.
Prior to ResortBrokers, Sarah built a highly successful two-decade career in residential real estate where she was one of the most successful agents in the Goulburn area.
Her wide network of repeat and referred clients speaks to her effectiveness in building relationships and exceeding client expectations.
