Based on the Gold Coast and having lived in the Northern Rivers region for the last 25 years, Miguel prides himself on his impeccable customer service and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for his clients.
Miguel’s notable recent sales include the freehold going concern of the 12-key Ballina Colonial Motel which received multiple offers within three days of listing. The property was sold for $250,000 above its listing price, well in excess of his client’s expectations. He also sold the leasehold of the 31-key Murwillumbah Motor Inn within a few days of its listing, as well as the leasehold of the 12-key Ocean Shores Motel.
Miguel’s access to the largest buyer network in Australia means many of his businesses are sold off-market. When vendors let Miguel know they may sell soon, he starts matching up buyers straight away.
Prior to joining ResortBrokers, Miguel had a successful 30-year career in sales and finance. This experience has equipped him with a sound knowledge of financial statements, and he is more than comfortable drilling down into specifics of vendors’ P&L statements to see where the value in their business lies.
