Chenoa is one of the Sunshine Coast’s most experienced and highly regarded management rights brokers.
In 2025, her excellence in management rights was recognised by ARAMA, the industry’s peak body, when she was named Broker of the Year.
Since joining ResortBrokers in 2016, Chenoa has settled 96 management rights sales with a combined asset value of more than $220 million.
In 2023, Chenoa set a new Sunshine Coast management rights record with sale of Oceans Mooloolaba Beach for $11.2 million. She has sold — and often resold — many of the Sunshine Coast’s most well-known properties and works across the price spectrum, helping management rights operators large and small transact their businesses and associated real estate.
From 2016 to 2020, Chenoa was ResortBrokers’ Far North Queensland agent where she achieved an impressive $30 million in management rights sales, including the Port Douglas Peninsula Boutique Hotel and Oaks Port Douglas Resort.
Chenoa’s expertise in management rights sales is underpinned by her experience as a management rights operator.
For 12 years, until she joined ResortBrokers in 2016, Chenoa owned two management rights businesses — both a permanent-letting and a short-term holiday-letting — as well as a management rights consultancy to advise other operators.
This unique experience has helped her help her clients as she understands what it is like to run a management rights business and the process involved in buying and selling one.
