We have known Nathan Eades since 2017 when we undertook some due diligence and research into the viability of the accommodation and tourism industry. After some time, we decided that owning a motel business and leasing a property was appealing. We decided to list our motel in Brisbane in late 2022 and our first call was to Nathan. He found a really strong buyer from several thousand kilometres away after a particularly stressful and drawn-out process. We were more than happy with the result!
