Nathan Eades has established himself as one of the premier management rights brokers in Australia and he’s also widely regarded as one of the most respected and hard working professionals in the business. He has settled on more than 80 properties since starting with ResortBrokers in 2016 with a total value of more than $140 million. As confirmation of his success, Nathan was named Sales Broker of the Year in 2020 by the Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association’s (ARAMA).
One of ResortBrokers’ longest serving brokers, Nathan is one for the few true all-rounders in the industry. Along with being a specialist in Management Rights, he is also the leading motel broker in the greater Brisbane area and also sells caravan parks, hotels, portfolios and rent rolls. You name it, he’s well and truly across it.
Nathan moved into the accommodation industry after a long and successful career in sales and marketing within the liquor and beverage industry. Hospitality and tourism share a natural affinity and Nathan was able to transition easily into the accommodation industry.
His extensive and impressive CV begins with a Bachelor of Business and Market degree at QUT and shows years of managing hospitality venues for groups including Fitzgibbons Hotels, Plaza Hotel Group, Northern Management Group and Queensland Tourism Industries Limited. After that, he held several senior sales and management roles at Red Bull, Lion Nathan, Rekorderlig Cider and Coca-Cola Amatil.
Away from work and Nathan is a keen triathlete and sports lover, especially golf and all codes of football. We like that – a big hitter, who also kicks lots of goals!
