Rashmi joined ResortBrokers’ Brisbane management rights team in 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience in international education, business development and operations management.
She has called Brisbane home since 2009, having relocated from India, first as a student, then into a flourishing career with Mates International Education and Visa Services Provider.
Over her decade with Mates International, where she progressed to the role of Operations Manager, Rashmi led multi-country sales and partnership development across Australian universities, TAFEs and RTOs, while contributing to the establishment of business processes and operations in the Philippines, Nepal, Fijiand India.
During this time, she secured and expanded strategic partnerships with leading Australian universities and education providers, including James Cook University, Western Sydney University, the University of Southern Queensland, Charles Darwin University and TAFE SA.
Rashmi holds both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the prestigious University of Delhi, completing her Bachelor’s at Miranda House and her Master’s at the Delhi School of Economics.
With a focus on ongoing professional development, Rashmi furthered her studies in Brisbane, completing a Bachelor of Professional Accounting, a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma of Management and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Rashmi’s extensive personal, educational and commercial experience across India and Australia has given her a strong understanding of cultural and social differences in business contexts. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Nepali, and has a working knowledge of Punjabi.
Rashmi’s career is defined by strong relationship building and a solution-oriented approach.
